You can't do composting if you live in a flat - wrong. Recycling is only for the prim middle classes with nothing better to worry about and you'll never get poor folk involved - wrong. Composting is really smelly - wrong: these people have even got a magic organic spray that stops food waste putrifying. And they haven't limited themselves to just flats either - as an extra money spinner they've started taking food waste from offices too, and hand back the compost to the office workers when they're finished. All has a wonderful symmetry to it, I reckon.
